Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the "Javi Sacco - Spanish" website and the services offered on it.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Purchases and Class Packs
Classes are paid via PayPal or Transbank, through a payment link sent after you confirm your decision to buy. Payment is required to secure your chosen time slot. Once you select a time, it will be reserved for 24 hours. If payment is not received within that period and the slot is taken, you will need to choose another available time.

Class packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the class will be considered taken and deducted from the student’s plan.

Referral Program – Free Class
If you recommend me to someone and that person buys a class pack, both of you will receive one free class. This class will be added to your current pack and will also be valid for 12 months.

Frozen Rate Policy
The frozen rate applies to students who purchase a new pack immediately after finishing the previous one. You are considered a current student if you renew your pack within one month after your last class. After that period, continuity is lost and standard prices apply.

Text Review for Full Spanish Packs
Students who purchase a Full Spanish Pack may use one text review per pack. This includes the review of a student’s own written text, outside class time, by Javiera Sacco. The text must be no longer than 10,000 characters with spaces. Interview preparation, however, takes place during regular class time.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content provided on this website, including lessons, materials, and resources shared by Javi Sacco Spanish, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or share any content from this website without explicit permission.

Unauthorized use of any materials from Javi Sacco Spanish may result in legal action and account suspension or termination.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Javi Sacco Spanish.

Javi Sacco Spanish has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is significant, we will make an effort to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
